Description

When you open the windows you'll seem to be dipped in water, a crystal clear blue sea!
The house is made up of a living room with kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a full bathroom and a panoramic terrace. It can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning and heating, awnings, kitchen with oven, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, pots and everything you need to cook delicious typical dishes of Amalfi, which can be enjoyed in the living room or on the panoramic terrace.

All guests are allowed to enter the park of the condo, well kept and full of Mediterranean vegetation, with a breathtaking view of the blue sea of Amalfi. The bus stop, in order to quickly reach the center of Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento is close to the entrance of the condo.

The area where the apartment is located is very quiet and scenic. Around there are bars, restaurants and grocery stores.


The apartment also has air conditioning, payable locally if you require it. Guests are expected to leave the apartment clean and reasonably tidy. The cleaning fee is paid to sanitize the house for the new guests. Pets are not allowed. Guests have to communicate the estimated time of their arrival at least one week before.

MANDATORY SUPPLEMENTS:
According to Amalfi Municipality laws, the Tourist tax has to be paid in cash at the arrival: € 1,5 per person per day.

Arrival between 20 and 22 (from June to August): € 40
Arrival between 22 and midnight (from June to August): € 60

Arrivai after 20 is not allowed from September to May.
