Central and clean!

Brand new apartment, very comfortable, overlooking a small, quiet square with a couple of good restaurants but right in the centre of town, only 90 seconds from the beach (I timed it!). Stayed in the large apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Some of the apartment's murals painted by the owner, which made the place seem more personal and friendly. Felt more like a home rather than an identikit holiday apartment, the owners have certainly gone the extra mile to make it special.

Description

The Medieval House, thanks to its 2 apartments, is ideal for couples, families and groups up to 9 people, due to its very central location. The biggest apartment has a large living area, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, another room with a single bed, a full bathroom and a terrace. The smallest apartment has a living area / kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom. The house is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, linens, towels, kitchen utensils, pots, fridge and everything you need to cook.

The house is located right in the main historic centre of Amalfi. Thanks to the house strategic location in the heart of Amalfi, you can easily reach Positano, Sorrento, Ravello and other neighboring cities by public transport.

The area where the Medieval House is located is the most central on the whole Amalfi Coast, with many restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, bars. Nearby the house you can quickly find everything, included: restaurants, supermarkets, fruit shops, fishmongers with daily fresh fish, a wine shop where you can buy high quality Italian wines. The Amalfi beach can be easily reached by a pleasant one minute walk.

Visiting the major sites of interest is easy: you can move with public transport. In addition, for guests who require it, I can arrange a transfer service to and from any location.

MANDATORY SUPPLEMENTS:
According to Amalfi Municipality laws, the Tourist tax has to be paid in cash at the arrival: € 3 per person per day.

EXTRAS ON REQUEST:
Private garage: 35 Euro per day per small-sized car; 45 Euro per day per standard-sized car; 60 Euro per day per bigger car.
Arrival before 3pm (if possible): € 30
Arrival between 6pm and 8pm (from June to August): € 20
Arrival between 8pm and 9pm (from June to August): € 40
Arrival between 9pm and midnight (from June to August): € 80
Arrival between midnight and 1am (from June to August): € 100
Arrival between 5pm and 7pm (from September to May): € 20
Arrival between 7pm and 8pm (from September to May): € 50
Arrival after 8pm is not allowed from September to May.
Arrivals in the paid hours must be always agreed in advance.
